Latest thoughts and works conducted in the tomb-chapel of Djehuty (TT 11)

Abstract des Referenten

Djehuty was overseer of the treasury and overseer of works under Hatshepsut-Thutmose III. He was also overseer of the cattle of Amun. He built his funerary monument away from most of his colleagues, in Dra Abu el-Naga North, and designed it as a monument for written culture: from the façade down to the burial chamber, the walls are fully written. A Spanish archaeological mission has been working at the tomb-chapel since January 2002. The focus is now on finishing the epigraphy and the restoration, as we plan to open the monument to the public by the end of 2022.
